Terms of Service
SlabTrack Breaks ("we", "us") sells real, physical collectible trading cards through "Rip Pools" and group breaks operated by Gilani Enterprises USA LLC. This page describes what you agree to when you buy.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of a US state where this service is available. We may refuse or restrict service in jurisdictions whose rules conflict with our model. By purchasing you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. What you are buying
Each purchase is a retail sale of a specific, real collectible card. A Rip Pool is a fixed set of individual cards, every one of which is shown up front with its market value before you buy. When you buy a spot you receive one of those cards — you always receive a real card of value; there is no losing outcome and no cash-only result. This is a sale of goods, not a wager, lottery, or game of chance.
3. How a spot is assigned (provably fair)
Before a pool opens, every spot is sealed to a SHA-256 commitment published up front, so no card can be moved once play begins. Your own randomness (a client seed) mixes into which sealed card your spot receives, so we cannot pre-pick your outcome. You can recompute any assignment yourself, in your browser, at the proof page. Odds for every card ("1 in N") are displayed on each table.
4. Pricing & payment
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. The exact price per spot is shown before you confirm. On draining tables the price climbs as spots are taken — the live price you see at confirmation is the price you pay. Buying multiple spots may receive a displayed discount. All sales are final once a spot is ripped, subject to the buyback and defect provisions below.
5. Keep it, or sell it back
Every card you rip is yours. You may keep and ship it (see Shipping), or accept an optional instant buyback — we offer to repurchase eligible cards at a published percentage of value, paid back to your original payment method. The buyback is a voluntary convenience offered for a limited window (currently 48 hours from the rip); after it lapses the card is still yours to keep and ship. Headliners/grails are kept and shipped, not bought back. See Shipping & Returns.
6. Shipping
Cards you keep ship to the address you provide, typically within 5 business days, for the flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier scans the package. Shipments over $500 in declared value are not insured unless you request and pay for additional coverage. Full detail at Shipping & Returns.
7. Responsible play
Spend only what you can afford and treat purchases as buying collectibles, not investing. You can set limits or self-exclude by contacting support. See Responsible Play.
8. Chargebacks
Because every purchase delivers a real card whose assignment you can independently verify, a disputed outcome of a provably-fair draw is not a valid basis for a chargeback. If you initiate one without first contacting support, you authorize us to submit the payment records, verification proof, IP address, timestamp, and this agreement as evidence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version at the top of this page identifies the currently effective revision. Material changes will be surfaced at checkout for a fresh acceptance.
